Jamie Noto has dedicated over 35 years to serving youth and families at Youth Outreach Services, bringing a wealth of experience to her position. Her promotion to Director of Program Operations in July 2001 was a recognition of her capabilities, as she took on the responsibility of planning, organizing, and administering all agency programs. Noto’s extensive background in direct service, administration, treatment and counseling, juvenile justice, and child welfare programs instills confidence in her leadership.
Noto has a solid educational foundation, having earned her master’s degree in guidance with a specialization in substance abuse intervention from Roosevelt University. This academic achievement reflects her dedication and commitment, and alongside her extensive experience, it prepared her for her role as Chief Executive Officer, which she assumed on July 1, 2019.
